Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://robinsonrecoveryandtowing.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Battery Jump-Start, Fuel Delivery, Car Lockouts, Towing, Winch-Out provided by Robinson Recovery & Towing Service. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Robinson Recovery & Towing Service (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination. Robinson Recovery & Towing Service may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Robinson Recovery & Towing Service makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Robinson Recovery & Towing Service's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Robinson Recovery & Towing Service from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. IN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
